Enhance your tour with a visit to Spain’s capital, Madrid. Visit Prado Museum and attend a Real Madrid match! While in Barcelona, visit vibrant markets and explore the interesting gothic quarter. Canada offers competition opportunities including the Conbrio Choir & Ensemble Festival in Whistler and the Cantando Choral Festival in Sun Peaks Ski Resort. Your choir has the opportunity to perform at the Whistler Arts Centre, Granville Island entertainment precinct in Vancouver, or the University of British Columbia.

In your down time hit the slopes and take in the world’s best skiing and outdoor recreational activities, such as whale watching and hiking in beautiful nature parks. You also may like to participate in a school exchange program to connect and learn with Canadian peers.

Head to London International Youth Musical Festival where you may find yourself performing at Westminster or St Paul’s Cathedral. Other performance opportunities are available at Victoria Embankment, The National Theatre, Southwark Cathedral, Hyde Park, Christ Church Cathedral or Truro Cathedral. You may like to venture further and compete in the Llangollen International Youth Musical Eisteddfod, near Liverpool.

Calling all lovers of Classical Music! Walk in the footsteps of 18th and 19th century composers such as Mozart, Strauss, Schubert and Beethoven in beautiful Austria!

In the ‘Capital of Classical Music’, Vienna, participate in the Summa-Cum-Laude International Youth Music Festival. In addition, you may have the chance to perform at a range of venues such as Mirabell Gardens, St Stephen’s Cathedral, Schonbrunn Palace, Salzburger Dom and the Music Pavillion at St Gilgen.
